    "Beskriv" : "Ön kallas i medeltida källor Sankta Signildskär. Kapellruinen utgörs av ca 1 m tjocka murar som omsluter ett ca 5,6 6,2x8 m stort rum. Grunden är kallmurad. Ruinen omges av en ringformad mur. En stenfylld bergklyfta finns under delar av ruinen. Stora delar av fornlämningen raserades i samband med att befästningsverken som uppförts på ön 1939 40 demolerades. Ruinen undersöktes och återställdes 1948. Vid undersökningen påträffades bl a två gravläggningar samt mynt. \r",
